lyrics
serpentine extinction event.
witness the end of days.
the dark side of evil and chaos
planning their own demise.
permeating ancient misbelief.
rhetoric and discourse left behind.
obfuscating cosmic tentacles.
solitary matter decomposing.
a world beyond our comprehension.
poisoning the galaxies
with absolute evil.
coil of matter information
expressed in the serpentine.
disposition of chaos.
an absolute betrayal.
indoctrination of their message.
agents of deception.
exterminating all that stands in their way.
the gravity of massive power harnessed for their own gain.
infiltrating unwitting minds to fight for their side.
savagery incarnate, leaders of this realm.
never been a big death metal fan but this is actually super accessible for the genre, has fun concepts, and personally i'm always a fan of albums with short tracklists and huge runtimes (for individual songs) Great time, good jumping on point for newbies too. alienasu
This album being played over the PA system at the museum where Salvador Dali's "The Persistence of Memory" is housed is what caused the faces of the clocks in the painting to melt. meeko
Channeling philosophical quandaries into cavernous death metal, the Australian trio turn modern power struggles into an aural advantage. Bandcamp New & Notable Jul 13, 2022
Mind-flaying brutal technical death metal that will pulverize you to smithereens while its complex structures stun your cerebral cortex. Bandcamp New & Notable Sep 19, 2022
An outstanding Extreme doom death album, in the best tradition. The funerary atmosphere reminds of Evoken ('Centuries of ooze" bears striking similarities, for my delight). It is overall sharp, dark, hypnotic and unrelenting. One of those rare convincing new bands that hold proud the legacy of the biggest names. Bertrand Marchal
